West Gate Logistic

is a logistics hub situated on a 145.000 sqm site west of the ukrainian capital Kiev. The facility consists of two hangars of 16 m height, one sized 7.500 sqm the other 88.000 sqm and of a 5.000 sqm office area (all useful areas).
The planning concept refers to a modular principle derived from systems for docking and stock-keeping, and allow numerous variations of layouts as well as enlargements and reductions of units, which enables flexibility in reacting to market trends.
